Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

To Complete Your Return

We require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus a $1 admin fee.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (refund processing may take some time).
  3. Reach out to your bank (there’s often some processing time before refunds are posted). If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at kreative.lushjewels@gmail.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items. To exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at kreative.lushjewels@gmail.com and send the item to GPO Box 1991 Canberra ACT 2601.

Faulty Products

If your product is faulty, we will replace it for free. Please contact us as soon as you notice the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will go to the gift-giver and they will be notified of your return.

  • Return shipping costs are born by the buyer and are non-refundable.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
